Return and Refund Policy
At Brenuvo LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@brenuvo.com or call us at +12127256787 during our customer service hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST). Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping Brenuvo LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@brenuvo.com or +12127256787. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you and provide instructions on returning the original item if necessary.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items Currently, all products sold by Brenuvo LLC are eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions stated above.
Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@brenuvo.com or +12127256787. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it falls under our standard return policy.
Payment Information For your convenience, Brenuvo LLC accepts Afterpay and Klarna. Additional accepted payment methods will be securely displayed at checkout.
