Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from our facility. Please note that this processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Brenuvo LLC only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods, Rates, and Delivery Times

We offer one convenient shipping option for all orders:

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to any address within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.

Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Brenuvo LLC cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed or undeliverable due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and the item itself. Take clear photos of the damage to both the packaging and the product and email them to support@brenuvo.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check your surroundings, with neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier first. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@brenuvo.com. We will initiate a trace with the carrier and assist you in finding a resolution.
