✅ Easy Returns for a Worry-Free Experience
We understand that shopping online for watches should be convenient and risk-free. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return:
The item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
All original tags, links, and protective films must be intact
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
🕒 Note: Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted unless the item is defective.
💸 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Full refunds are granted for unused, eligible items returned in perfect condition
Partial refunds may be issued for items showing minor wear or incomplete packaging
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Want to swap your watch for a different color or model? We offer free exchanges (subject to availability) within the same 14-day window. Just contact our team and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

📦 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, follow these simple steps:
Email us at support@brenuvo.com with your order number and reason for return
We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
Pack the item securely with original packaging
Ship it using a trackable service (customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect)
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
At Brenuvo, quality is non-negotiable. But if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us clear photos and a description of the issue — we’ll prioritize your case and send a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable:
Final sale or clearance items
Custom-engraved or modified watches
Gift cards or promotional items
