📦 Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it for shipment right away.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking info once your order ships
⏱️ During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

We currently ship within the United States using trusted and trackable delivery services.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are currently focused on providing the best service to our U.S. customers but plan to expand soon. Stay tuned!
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your Brenuvo watch ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly from the link provided or through the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received your tracking info within 3 business days, please contact us at: support@brenuvo.com
📦 Packaging & Protection
Every Brenuvo watch is securely packaged in our signature premium box, designed to protect your timepiece during transit and provide a luxurious unboxing experience.
📭 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
While we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery, once a package leaves our facility, we rely on our shipping partners. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:
First, check with neighbors or your local carrier
Then, email us with your order number and tracking details
We’ll work with the carrier and assist you in resolving the issue
